InFlux_method__TimeMap: create a BoundInFlux from a TimeMap object
Description
The method is used to ensure backward compatibility with the now deprecated
TimeMap class.
The resulting BoundInFlux is created by a call to
the constructor BoundInFlux(object) of that class.
