newProgressBar: Progress bar
Description
Shows a progress bar that is scaled to simulation end time.
Usage
newProgressBar(sim)setProgressBar(sim)
Arguments
sim
A simList simulation object.
Details
The progress bar object is stored in a separate environment, #' .pkgEnv.
