<p>A <code>ToxicoSet</code> object to be used as ground truth for tests</p>

tSet

<p>Unit tests in this package will assume that this data is the ground truth
  and any deviation from these files represents a breakdown in the curation
  and/or accessor methods of the tSet object</p>

Contains a set of functions to perform large-scale analysis of
toxico-genomic data. A member of the BHK lab's Gx suite of software, this
package provides a standardized data structure to hold information relevant
to annotation, visualization and statistical analysis of toxico-genomic data.
This package is in early release, and more features will be added over the
next few months.
