'TreeTools' is an R package that provides functions for creating, modifying and
analysing phylogenetic trees.
It complements packages such as
<a href='https://cran.r-project.org/package=ape'>'ape'</a>,
<a href='https://cran.r-project.org/package=phangorn'>'phangorn'</a> and
<a href='https://cran.r-project.org/package=phytools'>'phytools'</a>,
aiming for efficient and robust implementations of functions, typically
