<code>NewickTree()</code> encodes a tree as a Newick-format string.
This differs from <code><a rd-options="ape:write.tree" href="/link/write.tree()?package=TreeTools&version=1.2.0&to=ape%3Awrite.tree" data-mini-rdoc="ape:write.tree::write.tree()">write.tree()</a></code> in the encoding of
spaces as spaces, rather than underscores.
