GetCDs

Extracts the catchment descriptors for a site of interest from the National River Flow Archive. If the site is considered suitable for QMED and pooling the CDs are extracted from the QMEDData data.frame. Otherwise they are extracted using the NRFA API.

Functions to implement the methods of the Flood Estimation Handbook (FEH), associated updates and the revitalised flood hydrograph model (ReFH). Currently the package uses NRFA peak flow dataset version 13. Aside from FEH functionality, further hydrological functions are available.
