makeIndices

A <code>TestResults</code> object from a call to <code>decideTests</code>.

One of "same", "up", "down", "both", indicating direction of
differential expression. See details of <code>vennSelect</code> for more
information.

method

This function is used to create indices for making Venn diagrams or
<code>vennCounts</code> objects. This is an internal method and is not intended to
be called by the end user.

internal

The package contains functions for exploratory
oligonucleotide array analysis. The dependence on tkWidgets
only concerns few convenience functions. 'affy' is fully
functional without it.
