is_reflexive

  matrix of class <code>Matrix</code> or <code>matrix</code>

A binary relation R is reflexive, iff for all <code>x</code> we
  have $xRx$. The function just checks whether all
  elements on the diagonal of <code>B</code> are non-zeros.

Tools supporting multi-criteria decision making, including
        variable number of criteria, by means of aggregation operators
        and preordered sets. Possible applications include, but are not
        limited to, scientometrics and bibliometrics.
