Tools supporting multi-criteria and group decision making,
including variable number of criteria, by means of
aggregation operators, spread measures,
fuzzy logic connectives, fusion functions,
and preordered sets. Possible applications include,
but are not limited to, quality management, scientometrics,
software engineering, etc.
