The returned value should have the following operations:<ul>

<li><code>call</code>: a predicate function, which returns TRUE if the value is in
the support, and FALSE otherwise.</li>
<li><code>sample</code>: a function, which returns a sample from the support. Note that
the returned value is not guaranteed to be in the support of <code>x</code>. You may need
to call <code>call</code> to check.</li>
</ul>

Provides an algebra over probability distributions enabling
composition, sampling, and automatic simplification to closed forms.
Supports normal, exponential, multivariate normal, and empirical
distributions with operations like addition and subtraction that
automatically simplify when mathematical identities apply (e.g., the
sum of independent normal distributions is normal). Uses S3 classes for
distributions and R6 for support objects.
