An S4 class to represent calibrated radiocarbon ages.

Simple radiocarbon calibration and chronological analysis.
This package allows the calibration of radiocarbon ages and modern
carbon fraction values using multiple calibration curves. It allows
the calculation of highest density region intervals and credible
intervals. The package also provides tools for visualising results and
estimating statistical summaries.

used.</dd>
<dt>reservoir_offsets</dt>
<dd>A <code><a href="/link/numeric?package=ananke&version=0.1.0" data-mini-rdoc="ananke::numeric">numeric</a></code> vector giving the offset values for
any marine reservoir effect.</dd>

Arguments

ages?</dd></dl>
<dt><code>positions</code></dt>
<dd>A <code><a href="/link/numeric?package=ananke&version=0.1.0" data-mini-rdoc="ananke::numeric">numeric</a></code> vector giving the position values (e.g. depths)
for each age.</dd>
<dt><code>status</code></dt>
<dd>An <code><a href="/link/integer?package=ananke&version=0.1.0" data-mini-rdoc="ananke::integer">integer</a></code> vector specifying the calibration status.
It must be one of "<code>0</code>" (OK), "<code>1</code>" (out of calibration range) or "<code>2</code>"
(may extend out of calibration range).</dd>
