aafGenBank: Constructor for aafGenBank objects

Description

For the given probeids, constructs an aafList of aafGenBank objects containing annotation data from the chip data package.

Usage

aafGenBank(probeids, chip)

Arguments

probeids

character vector containing probe ids

chip

name of the chip data package

Value

An aafList of aafGenBank objects. NA values are returned as empty objects.
