aafLocusLink: Constructor for aafLocusLink objects

Description

For the given probeids, constructs an aafList of aafLocusLink objects containing annotation data from the chip data package.

Usage

aafLocusLink(probeids, chip)

Arguments

probeids

character vector containing probe ids

chip

name of the chip data package

Value

An aafList of aafLocusLink objects. NA values are returned as empty objects.
