aafPubMed: Constructor for aafPubMed objects

Description

For the given probeids, constructs a list of aafPubMed objects containing annotation data from the chip data package.

Usage

aafPubMed(probeids, chip)

Arguments

probeids

character vector containing probe ids

chip

name of the chip data package

Value

An aafList of aafPubMed objects. NA values are returned as empty objects.
