Experimental data for analyzing the effect of an increasing dose of a compound on the proportion of live foetuses 
  affected. Four treatment-groups were considered: control <dquote>C</dquote>, low dose <dquote>L</dquote>, medium dose <dquote>M</dquote> 
  and high dose <dquote>H</dquote>. The animal species used in the experiment was banded Dutch rabbit (Paul, 1982, Table 1).

datasets

This package provides a set of functions to analyse
        overdispersed counts or proportions. Most of the methods are
        already available elsewhere but are scattered in different
        packages. The proposed functions should be considered as
        complements to more sophisticated methods such as generalized
        estimating equations (GEE) or generalized linear mixed effect
        models (GLMM).
