Arguments
x
coordinates of the points to be displayed.
y
(optional) another series of coordinates of the points to be
displayed.
subscripts
subscripts giving indices in original data frame.
groups
a grouping variable.
panel.groups
panel function to be used for each group.
col
colors of the plotting symbols or the lines.
col.line
colors of the lines.
col.symbol
colors of the plotting symbols.
pch
the type of plotting symbols.
p.values
the p-values for each point. If NULL, then act as the
panel.superpose
class and use the pch
argument.
test.level
the level of significance to consider.
cex
character expansion coefficient.
