subsets

Given a design matrix, a subsets object and a hyperparameter object,
return the variance matrix. The &#8220;app&#8221; of the function name means
&#8220;approximator&#8221;, to distinguish it from function <code>V.fun()</code>
of the calibrator package.

array

Performs Bayesian prediction of complex computer codes when fast approximations are available.  It uses a hierarchical version of the Gaussian process, originally proposed by Kennedy and O'Hagan (2000), Biometrika 87(1):1.
