Creates an AromaUnitTabularBinaryFile mapping to a given CDF.

allocateFromCdf(static, cdf, ...)
Returns a AromaUnitTabularBinaryFile object.
The AffymetrixCdfFile used as a template and from
which the (full) chip type is taken.
Additional arguments passed to allocate() of
AromaTabularBinaryFile.
