indexOf,UnitNamesFile-method

A pattern to be used for identifying unit names of
     interest.  If <code><a href="/link/NULL?package=aroma.core&version=1.1.2&to=base" rd-options="base" data-mini-rdoc="base::NULL">NULL</a></code>, no regular expression matching is done.

Names to be match exactly to the unit names.

Gets the indices of units by their names.
