The index of the chromosome to be extracted.

chromosome

(optional) The base of the logarithm used for the ratios.
   If <code><a href="/link/NULL?package=aroma.core&version=2.9.0&to=base" rd-options="base" data-mini-rdoc="base::NULL">NULL</a></code>, the ratios are not logged.

logBase

If <code><a href="/link/TRUE?package=aroma.core&version=2.9.0&to=base%3Alogical" rd-options="base:logical" data-mini-rdoc="base:logical::TRUE">TRUE</a></code>, results are cached, otherwise not.

cache

If <code><a href="/link/TRUE?package=aroma.core&version=2.9.0&to=base%3Alogical" rd-options="base:logical" data-mini-rdoc="base:logical::TRUE">TRUE</a></code>, cached results are ignored.

force
