This `countData' object is derived from the data set
  `simData' and contains the estimated likelihoods of differential
  expression. This data set is intended to be used to speed the
  processing of the examples.

datasets

This package identifies differential expression in high-throughput 'count' data, such as that derived from next-generation sequencing machines, calculating estimated posterior likelihoods of differential expression (or more complex hypotheses) via empirical Bayesian methods.
