CDPriors

This `countData' object is derived from the data set
  `simData' and contains the estimated priors. This data set is intended
  to be used to speed the processing of the examples.

datasets

This package identifies differential expression in high-throughput 'count' data, such as that derived from next-generation sequencing machines, calculating estimated posterior likelihoods of differential expression (or more complex hypotheses) via empirical Bayesian methods.
