Description

priorSim Simulates parameters from the prior distribution specified by make.prior

Usage

priorSim(prior, tree, plot = TRUE, nsim = 1, ...)

Arguments

prior

A prior function created by bayou::make.prior

tree

A tree of class 'phylo'

plot

A logical indicating whether the simulated parameters should be plotted

nsim

The number of parameter sets to be simulated

...

Parameters passed on to plotSimmap(...)

Value

A list of bayou parameter lists
