This function reads files in the taxa format.
read_taxa(filename)get_taxa()
validate_taxa(.data)
name of taxa file
table in taxa-format
get_taxa(): get default taxa list (TWN list extended with species Southern North Sea)
validate_taxa(): validator for taxa-format
Taxa files have the following format:
group taxonomic group
provided provided taxon name
accepted accepted taxon name
level taxonomic level
Other columns are allowed, but silently ingored.
