feature_test

A result of <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/test_features?package=biogram&version=1.4" data-mini-rdoc="biogram::test_features">test_features</a></code> function.

Tools for extraction and analysis of various
n-grams (k-mers) derived from biological sequences (proteins
or nucleic acids). Contains QuiPT (quick permutation test) for fast
feature-filtering of the n-gram data.
