plot.TimeDistribution

The object of class <code>TimeDistribution</code> to plot.

A number that specifies the width of a bin in the histogram, 
see: <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/geom_histogram?package=biogrowth&version=0.2.0" data-mini-rdoc="biogrowth::geom_histogram">geom_histogram</a></code>. <code>NULL</code> by default.

bin_width

The <code>TimeDistribution</code> class contains an estimate of the probability
distribution of the time to reach a given microbial count. 
Its constructor is <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/distribution_to_logcount?package=biogrowth&version=0.2.0" data-mini-rdoc="biogrowth::distribution_to_logcount">distribution_to_logcount</a></code>.
It is a subclass of list with the items:<ul>
<li>distribution Sample of the distribution of times to reach <code>log_count</code>.</li>
<li>summary Summary statistics of distribution (mean, sd, median, q10 and q90).</li>
</ul>

Modelling of population growth under static and dynamic environmental conditions.
Includes functions for model fitting and making prediction under isothermal and
dynamic conditions. The methods (algorithms & models) are based on
predictive microbiology (See Perez-Rodriguez and Valero (2012, ISBN:978-1-4614-5519-6)).
