cost_coupled_twosteps

Cost for the coupled model fitted in two-steps

Modelling of population growth under static and dynamic environmental conditions.
Includes functions for model fitting and making prediction under isothermal and
dynamic conditions. The methods (algorithms & models) are based on
predictive microbiology (See Perez-Rodriguez and Valero (2012, ISBN:978-1-4614-5519-6)).

cost_coupled_twosteps function

<dl><dt>p</dt>
<dd>numeric vector (or list) of model parameters. Must have entries <code>logC0</code>, <code>b</code> and <code>Tmin</code></dd>
<dt>this_data</dt>
<dd>tibble (or data.frame) of data. It must have one column named <code>temp</code> (temperature),
one named <code>lambda</code> (specific growth rate; in ln CFU/TIME) and one named <code>mu</code>
(specific growth rate; in ln CFU/TIME).</dd>
<dt>weight</dt>
<dd>type of weights to apply. Either <code>NULL</code> (no weights; default),
<code>sd</code> (standard deviation) or <code>mean</code> (mean value).</dd>
<dt>known</dt>
<dd>vector of known model parameters</dd></dl>
