vertex_attr_dt

<code>graph_attr_dt</code> is a helper function that takes a <code>brainGraphList</code>
or a list of graphs and creates a <code>data.table</code> of global measures for
each graph. Each row will be for a different graph.
<code>vertex_attr_dt</code> is a helper function that creates a <code>data.table</code>
in which each row is a vertex and each column is a different network measure
(degree, centrality, etc.).

A set of tools for performing graph theory analysis of brain MRI
data. It works with data from a Freesurfer analysis (cortical thickness,
volumes, local gyrification index, surface area), diffusion tensor
tractography data (e.g., from FSL) and resting-state fMRI data (e.g., from
DPABI). It contains a graphical user interface for graph visualization and
data exploration, along with several functions for generating useful
figures.
