Delete/Terminate a Cluster

Canonical identifier for the cluster.
Databricks workspace URL, defaults to calling db_host()
.
Databricks workspace token, defaults to calling db_token()
.
If TRUE
(default) the request is performed, if
FALSE
the httr2 request is returned without being performed.
The cluster is removed asynchronously. Once the termination has completed,
the cluster will be in the TERMINATED
state. If the cluster is already in a
TERMINATING
or TERMINATED
state, nothing will happen.
Unless a cluster is pinned, 30 days after the cluster is terminated, it is permanently deleted.
