If TRUE (the default), allow dynamic outputs generated by
<code><a rd-options="shiny" href="/link/uiOutput?package=bs4Dash&version=0.2.0&to=shiny" data-mini-rdoc="shiny::uiOutput">uiOutput</a></code> or <code><a rd-options="shiny" href="/link/htmlOutput?package=bs4Dash&version=0.2.0&to=shiny" data-mini-rdoc="shiny::htmlOutput">htmlOutput</a></code>. When a
dynamic output is provided, <code>tagAssert</code> won't try to validate the the
contents.
