mergeDiffWithData

The <code>newData</code>/<code>oldData</code> are merged 
with <code>diffData</code> based on the columns of <code>diffData</code>
excepted 'Comparison type' and 'Version'.

Utility functions to facilitate the import,
the reporting and analysis of clinical data.
Example datasets in 'SDTM' and 'ADaM' format, containing a subset of patients/domains
from the 'CDISC Pilot 01 study' are also available as R datasets to demonstrate
the package functionalities.

<dd>Object of class 'diff.data' containing
differences between datasets, as returned by the <code>compareDiff</code> function.</dd>
<dt>newData</dt>
<dd>data.frame object representing the new data</dd>
<dt>oldData</dt>
<dd>data.frame object representing the old data</dd></dl>

Arguments

Merge the 'diff.data' object from compareDiff
with the original newData or oldData. — mergeDiffWithData
