clustered using the <code>SC3</code> and <code>Seurat</code> packages.</p>

Deciding what resolution to use can be a difficult question when
approaching a clustering analysis. One way to approach this problem is to
look at how samples move as the number of clusters increases. This package
allows you to produce clustering trees, a visualisation for interrogating
clusterings as resolution increases.

sc_example function

<p><code>sc_example</code> is a list holding a simulated scRNA-seq dataset. Items
in the list included the simulated counts, normalised log counts,
tSNE dimensionality reduction and cell assignments from <code>SC3</code> and <code>Seurat</code>
clustering.</p>
