The function determines monthly minimum values from data of a single CM SAF NetCDF input file. This function is applicable to 3-dimensional (lon, lat, time) NetCDF data.
monmin(var, infile, outfile, nc34)
Name of NetCDF variable (character).
Filename of input NetCDF file. This may include the directory (character).
Filename of output NetCDF file. This may include the directory (character).
NetCDF version of output file. If nc34=4 the output file will be in NetCDFv4 format (numeric). Default output is NetCDFv3.
A NetCDF file including a timeseries of monthly minima is written.
