pollen

<p>The pollen data set is formed by 30 fossil pollen samples from three different
locations (recorded in variable group) . The samples were analysed and the 3-part
composition [pinus, abies, quercus] was measured.</p>

datasets

A minimum set of functions to perform compositional data analysis
using the log-ratio approach introduced by John Aitchison (1982). Main functions
have been implemented in c++ for better performance.
