mcpar

An <code>mcmcm</code> or <code>mcmc.list</code> object

The `mcpar' attribute of an MCMC object gives the start iteration
     the end iteration and the thinning interval of the chain.<p></p><p>     It resembles the `tsp' attribute of time series (<code>ts</code>) objects.</p>

Provides functions for summarizing and plotting the
	output from Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulations, as
	well as diagnostic tests of convergence to the equilibrium
	distribution of the Markov chain.
