Provides tools for fitting the copCAR (Hughes, 2015)
regression model for discrete
areal data. Three types of estimation are supported (continuous
extension, composite marginal likelihood, and distributional transform),
for three types of outcomes (Bernoulli, negative binomial, and Poisson).
