 <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/openEnvCPLEX?package=cplexAPI&version=1.4.0" data-mini-rdoc="cplexAPI::openEnvCPLEX">openEnvCPLEX</a></code>. This is basically a pointer to an
 IBM ILOG CPLEX environment.

A pointer to the channel containing the message destinations as returned by
 <code>CPXaddchannel</code>.
