dataset_MVA

A dataset with a mean vessel area (MVA) chronology of Quercus robur from
a lowland oak forest in Eastern Slovenia and a mean April temperature.
This dataset includes years for the period 2012-1934. For a detailed
description about the MVA chronology development, sampling site and the
calculations of mean monthly correlations, see Jev&lt;U+0161&gt;enak and Levani&lt;U+010D&gt; (2015).

datasets

Provides novel dendroclimatological methods, primarily used by the
Tree-ring research community. There are two core functions. The first one is
daily_response(), which finds the optimal sequence of days that are related
to one or more tree-ring proxy records. The second one is compare_methods(),
which effectively compares several linear and nonlinear regression algorithms.
