dataset_TRW

A dataset with a tree-ring width (TRW) chronology of Pinus nigra from Albania and mean
June-July temperature. This TRW chronology has a span of 59 years (period 2009 - 1951)
and was already used to reconstruct summer temperatures by Levani&lt;U+010D&gt; et al. (2015).
In this paper, all the details about sample replication, site description and correlation
statistics are described.

datasets

Provides novel dendroclimatological methods, primarily used by the
Tree-ring research community. There are two core functions. The first one is
daily_response(), which finds the optimal sequence of days that are related
to one or more tree-ring proxy records. The second one is compare_methods(),
which effectively compares several linear and nonlinear regression algorithms.
