desc_normalize

Re-formats and re-orders fields in DESCRIPTION in a standard way.
Reorders the packages alphabetically.

Tools to read, write, create, and manipulate DESCRIPTION
files.  It is intended for packages that create or manipulate other
packages.

desc_normalize function

<dl><dt>file</dt>
