DExp-class: Class "DExp"

Description

The double exponential or Laplace distribution with rate $\lambda$ has density $$f(x) = \frac{1}{2}\lambda {e}^{- \lambda |x|}$$ C.f. Exp-class, rexp

Arguments

Objects from the Class

Objects can be created by calls of the form DExp(rate). This object is a double exponential (or Laplace) distribution.
