Description

Provide tools for drought monitoring based on univariate and multivariate drought indicators.Statistical drought prediction based on Ensemble Streamflow Prediction (ESP), drought risk assessments, and drought propagation are also provided. Please see Hao Zengchao et al. (2017) .
