query.list


This dataset has a list of queries form the crops: Soybean,
Cotton, and Maize. These time series are based on the MODIS product
MOD13Q1 250 m 16 days. The queries were extracted from more than 100
samples of each class using Generalized Additive Models (GAM), see
package <a rd-options="mgcv" href="/link/gam?package=dtwSat&version=0.1.0&to=mgcv" data-mini-rdoc="mgcv::gam">gam</a>.

Provides a Time-Weighted Dynamic Time Warping (TWDTW) algorithm to measure similarity between two temporal sequences. This adaptation of the classical Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) algorithm is flexible to compare events that have a strong time dependency, such as phenological stages of cropland systems and tropical forests. This package provides methods for visualization of minimum cost paths, time series alignment, and time intervals classification.

A named <code>list</code> of 3 <a rd-options="zoo" href="/link/zoo?package=dtwSat&version=0.1.0&to=zoo" data-mini-rdoc="zoo::zoo">zoo</a> objects, "Soybean", "Cotton",
and "Maize", whose indices are Dates in the format "yyyy-mm-dd".
Each node has 6 attributes: "ndvi", "evi", "red", "nir", "blue",
and "mir".
