Description

Visualise a single-cell trajectory as a graph or dendrogram, as a dimensionality reduction or heatmap of the expression data, or a comparison between two trajectories as a pairwise scatterplot or dimensionality reduction projection. Saelens and Cannoodt et al. (2019) .
