Streamlines biological label assignment in single-cell RNA-seq data and facilitates transcriptomic analysis, including preparation of TCGA<https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/> and GEO<https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/> datasets, differential expression analysis and visualization of enrichment analysis results.
