Preprocess.Tree

An object of class <code><a href="/link/hclust?package=entropart&version=1.2.0" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="entropart::hclust">hclust</a></code> or <code><a href="/link/phylog?package=entropart&version=1.2.0" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="entropart::phylog">phylog</a></code>. The tree must be ultrametric.

Tree

Calculates cuts and intervals of a phylogenetic tree and make it available both in <code><a href="/link/hclust?package=entropart&version=1.2.0" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="entropart::hclust">hclust</a></code> and <code><a href="/link/phylog?package=entropart&version=1.2.0" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="entropart::phylog">phylog</a></code> formats.
