.convert_params_weibull

Convert the shape and scale parameters of the Weibull
distribution to a number of summary statistics which can be calculated
analytically given the Weibull parameters. Note the conversion uses the
<code><a href="/link/gamma()?package=epiparameter&version=0.4.1" data-mini-rdoc="epiparameter::gamma()">gamma()</a></code> function.
