InitWtErgmTerm.atmost

Adds the number of statistics equal to the length of <code>threshold</code>
equaling to the number of dyads whose values equal or are exceeded by the
corresponding element of <code>threshold</code> .

An integrated set of tools to analyze and simulate networks based on exponential-family random graph models (ERGMs). 'ergm' is a part of the Statnet suite of packages for network analysis.
