Plots the Outliergram for PoFD and returns the shape outliers.

<dd>inflation of the outliergram that determine the shape outlier rule.</dd>
<dt>p1</dt>
<dd>parameter of the outliergram for resampling method. Default = 1.</dd>
<dt>p2</dt>
<dd>parameter of the outliergram for resampling method. Default = 0.</dd></dl>
