sleeper_userleagues

This function returns the leagues that a specific user is in.
This variant can be used without first creating a connection object.

Helps access various Fantasy Football APIs by handling
authentication and rate-limiting, forming appropriate calls, and
returning tidy dataframes which can be easily connected to other data
sources.
